The WIFI speed at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu was superb, great to stream YouTube videos. The room, although small, had all the necessary items and we were still able to accommodate one large luggage. The hotel provided spa powder for us to use on the go, a nice touch. The overall environment was good, with a convenient central location near the main Ginza shopping area.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the shopping district. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like an in-room safe, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice bonus.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with both a 7 Eleven and a Lawsons conveniently located nearby. It was just a short 5-minute walk to the Shimbashi and Higashi Ginza metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, I loved how close it was to the Ginza shopping district, with its array of stores including the largest Uniqlo. The hotel itself was veryvery comfy and tidy, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room service was great, and I appreciated the innovative and modern room design. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and location.

Conveniently located with good transport links and plenty of dining options nearby. Stylish and modern decor. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms are small but well-equipped with comfortable beds, good shower and high-quality amenities. Great value for money.

This hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, being close to various transport links such as multiple subway stations. It's especially convenient given the expensive area it's situated in, with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The room and bathroom are stylishly designed and furnished, with excellent amenities including high-quality supplies and comfortable beds. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with great selection.
The staff could improve their communication about additional services and travel information to guests.
